1.How much space do you require to run an Its A Knockout event?

3. What about safety are you insured?
All games are fully risk assessed, we carry £5m Public liability & £10m Employers liability cover. All electric items are annually PAT tested and all inflatables are independently RPII inspected and certificated. Full documentation can be supplied or downloaded on confirmation of your event
4. What happens if it rains on the day?
The show goes on! In exceptional weather such as thunder storms play may cease whilst the storm passes, some games may be modified for safety reasons but because many games involve water anyway rain does not normally stop play!
5. What areas of the UK do you operate?
The show is completely mobile so we are happy to provide are services at any location within Europe however as you would expect travel distance does play a factor in the final cost of your event. We travel the first 75 miles each way free of charge and make a small charge of £1 + VAT per mile each way after the first 75.
6. Can we select which games are included?
All the games have been developed to provide a mix of games for all abilities and as such we try to stick to our standard format however we do have a few alternatives should you wish for example to run a completely dry knockout with no water. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
7. Does your knockout include costume games?
Yes all our packages feature costume games please see our gallery for examples of the types of costumes used.
8. Is this the original BBC It's A Knockout?
No, we are not connected with the original format in any way, obviously the original t's a knockout has inspired our show but our show has been purpose deisigned and built to offer the same style of games as you might remember from the original TV show.
9. Can you advise on fundraising from a knockout?

10. What experience do you have, are you reliable?
The Great British It's A Knockout Company is a dedicated division of In House Ents which is one of the UK's biggest event hire companies. We have been trading for more than 13 years and in the industry for more than 20!
11. Do you offer charity discounts?
We aim to keep our prices as competitive as we can for all clients regardless of who they are.
12. What events is It's A Knockout suitable for?
It's A Knockout is ideal for corporate events, team building, charity events, county shows, fun days and private functions.
13. Do you offer stag & hen knockout events?
We can and have done in the past however it is worth mentioning that we can not allow alcohol to be consumed prior or during the event. Anyone under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed to participate in the games.
14. How do we book and pay for the event?
Bookings are accepted by phone or email and are confirmed on receipt of the initial deposit (25%) with the balance payable 7 days prior to the event date. We accept payment via credit / debit card although we prefer bank transfer. If you are wanting to pay by cheque please ensure payment is made in sufficient time for funds to clear.
15. What's not included in your prices?
We include everything in our prices with 2 exceptions, firstly the venue cost and secondly suitable first aid cover for the event. Other than these 2 exceptions we take care of everything, we even bring our own power and water!
16. How many people in a team?
We recommend between 6 and 10 in a team, team numbers do not have to be identical from team to team as games are designed especially to facilitate varying team numbers.
17. How many teams can take part?
Our base price includes up to 6 teams with additional teams being charged a small additional fee to cover additional staffing etc. A standard show can facilitate 9-12 teams with ease and larger numbers of teams will usually be run with multiple games running at the same time in a round robin format.
18. Can children take part?
We can run children only shows (modified format) for children aged 10-16, the minimum age for participation in an adult event is 15. Anyone under 16 will require a parent or guardian to complete a parental consent form.
19. What experience do you have?
We have been presenting It's a Knockout shows for more than 7 years but have been running events for more than 20.
20. What do we wear for an It's A Knockout event?
Many teams will dress in fancy dress for the event or co-ordinating T shirts or outfits. What is important is that what you wear is comfortable and practical for physical activity. Sensible sports shoes are required and a change of clothes is always a good idea as you will get wet and nobody wants to drive home in wet clothes!
